EADA at Expomanagement 2008

 Franc Ponti, profesor of People Management Department of EADA, participated to Expomanagement in Madrid for the third time.
He was invited by HSM and Ediciones Granica. He gave a conference about managers’ creative competences and more than 150 managers attended to it. Conference’s title was “I forgot to be creative”. Franc talked about some of the most important basic competences in order to develop creativity: alternative thinking (going further than rational thinking), attraction for risk and adventure, being self confident to be creative and team working on a multicultural environment. “Frec a frec”, a theatre company directed by Beti Español, illustrated Franc’s conference acting on “role plays” about the “creative manager”. |
