Marketing for non-marketing managers provides the knowledge and skills required to identify marketing problems, evaluation of the alternative solutions and to workout the decision-making of the multiple options presented to us when we evaluate a situation.

Participant profile

Professionals and members of company management such as general managers, financial managers, heads of operations, heads of H.R., who in some way have to make decisions that involve the commercial department, both in marketing and sales management areas.

Professionals without specific training in the commercial area, (lawyers, engineers, consultants, etc.).

What will this programme offer me?

The chief benefits of the Marketing for Non-Marketing Managers Programme focus on three levels:

  • The first level focuses on acquiring essential marketing expertise and techniques in order to identify and diagnose problems.
  • The second level concentrates on identifying and evaluating different problem solving options.
  • The third level works on decision making when we evaluate a situation, have different available options and must know how to choose the most suitable one.

Methodology

The programme has an entirely practical focus. Participants are presented with different exercises and practical case studies which enhance interaction between them, leading to an exchange of experiences.

It is based on the case method and also makes use of presentations and group discussions.
