Participant Profile
For managers or heads of company areas and managers of small companies, as well as heads of departments, project coordinators, intermediate management positions and, in general, for people who wish to extend their expertise and optimise their competencies in managing teams.

Methodology
The programme combines discussions of critical incidents, simulation of real situations, outdoor activities and self-assessment of your own professional behaviour. Participants evaluate their own strengths and weaknesses.
