About the position

EADA   announces its search for a full-time position as Head of the Department of Business Policy. Successful candidates are expected to manage the Department, teach at the Master and Executive Education level. Preference will be given to those candidates with documented evidence of strong potential for achieving excellence in research. Business experience is also an important asset.

All areas of specialization within strategy will be considered but fields within the areas of Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Corporate Social Responsibility will be given preference.

Candidates are expected to have a PhD or a DBA in management or economics. Personal and interpersonal skills to manage a senior team are important. Research capacity should be proven by a publication record in international management journals and the involvement in academic networks. Fluency in both Spanish and English is a prerequisite since the successful candidate will have to teach in both languages. Experience in the use of the case method and other active methodologies is considered a plus.
