The International Master in Human Resources gives participants "professional competitive advantage" by focusing on mastery of specific business tools and techniques, development of interpersonal competencies and acquiring a global vision of the company and its strategic position in the business environment.


Management Foundations

Finance for Managers

Participants understand and analyse the company's or departments financial situation by using tools such as the balance sheet, profit and loss statement and cash flow analysis.


Strategic Management

To understand how a company works and how it makes decisions we must address the most basic questions in Management: What does management mean? What does a manager do? How does the decision-making process work in a company?


Professional Development

Skills are developed to coordinate and to manage people in an organization and to participate in a work team. This part of the module will be carried out at the Residential Training Centre in Collbató.


International Week

For two weeks, participants have the opportunity to choose two optional subjects.
The "international week" module encompasses all EADA full-time programmes, and is an ideal opportunity to make contact with participants on other programmes.
In order to offer them another perspective, EADA has invited visiting faculty from other partner schools and managers with outstanding experience.

Human Resource Management

Aims to provide you with a critical understanding of HRM and its changing role within the business and social environment. Examines, among other topics, the evolution of management systems, recruitment, employee development, performance and reward systems, employee involvement, stakeholders and negotiation.


Assessment, Recruitment and Selection

The skills and knowledge needed for selection processes are acquired, from recruitment to tests and in-depth interviews. The approach includes selection interview, role-playing, CV analysis, etc.


Employee Relations and Involvement

Helps you to critically evaluate the current debate on the changing nature of employment and its regulations. Enables you to deal with complex employee relations issues in an innovative an of systematic way. Investigates, among other topics, control and co-operation at work, conflict at work and the role of trade unions.


Diversity In Work And Organizations

Aims to help you to understand equal opportunity and diversity issues in human resource management, and to evaluate the current debate on the changing nature of equality at work and its regulations. Considers the issues surrounding flexibility at work and ways of evaluating the work-life balance.


Human Resource Planning

Qualitative and quantitative personnel planning focuses on the criteria and technical aspects to determine personnel inflow and outflow. Calculation and decision-making in this sphere go beyond merely numerical indicators, in such complex issues.


Management Of Change

Studies change at individual, team and organizational levels, and identify the key people in the change process. Helps you to understand and apply change in your personal life and work.


Training And Development

The objective is to design training plans based on company needs and possibilities. Their implementation is monitored and evaluated according to the criteria of success that has been fixed.


Internal Communication

Analysis of the internal communication policies in a company, to detect potential malfunctions and to lay down a communication plan in line with company needs.


Employment Risks Management

This involves a study of current regulations and knowledge of the techniques required for achieving appropriate prevention of workplace accidents and illness.


Labour Relations


Administration of Personnel and Labour Relations

Three subjects are included: individual labour relations, collective labour relations, and Social Security. Legislation and regulations concerning contractual relations between staff and companies are covered.


Employment Risks Management

Safety management includes study of effective regulations and also of the techniques needed to prevent accidents and illnesses at the workplace.


Organizational Development


Human Resource Strategic Management

Human resources policies as a fundamental instrument of company policy is studied, where it is integrated into all departmental and company policy.


Presenting Experiences

Throughout the programme, professionals from different sectors and areas of HR, will be invited to talk about and share their experiences with the participants.


Final Project

Aims at insuring that participants learn to apply the results of their academic study to real-life management problems and solutions.
