Programme Information

What will I get out of this programme?

You will improve your level of communication in English and make the best use of the time you can dedicate to training.
We offer you a comprehensive, well balanced and very participative study course (groups of a maximum of 8 people), which focuses on improving speaking and listening skills.
You will receive the constant support of native teachers and will interact with the other participants.
You will carry out simulations and prepare activities around subjects and topic areas that are directly related to your professional environment, with the back up of audiovisual materials.
You will be exposed to a methodology that is specially designed to be effective in a residential environment.

Methodology

Participants will stay at EADA-Collbató (for a week, from Monday to Friday) using only English as their language of communication. The programmes consist of 40 class hours plus the additional contact and conversation hours with the teachers and participants.

Levels:

Lower intermediate level: The main objective of the classes is to consolidate the basic structures, learning and practice in communication skills based on everyday professional and social functions with an emphasis on improving oral expression and comprehension levels. Participants present and solve situations in English that are chosen for their didactic and linguistic appropriateness.Intermediate level: The objective is to develop and apply communication skills, with emphasis on improving oral expression and increasing the comprehension level.Upper intermediate level: Participants are given the opportunity to concentrate on topics of great professional relevance. Receiving the necessary linguistic input they can then actively participate in business meetings, make presentations, discuss marketing matters, human resources, etc.
