Coaching Competency Center (CCC)

As the logo of EADA states "Where Business People Grow", EADA emphasizes the development of their students, with special attention to human development. EADA is a pioneer in offering coaching services for over 5 years, providing students of their management training programs (International MBA, Executive MBA, CEO, HR programs) with coaching sessions. In the academic year 2011 – 2012 the "EADA Coaching Competency Center" was created, to offer training, research and coaching services at EADA Business School. The center, run by Prof. dr. • Master in Organizational Coaching – Master for managers-coaches, HR and management development specialists, and coach-entrepreneurs, with the objective of creating a strategic vision of coaching services and schools, te design and implementation of organizational coaching systems and processes, and coaching supervision. The first edition starts in October 2012
  • Coaching Services - Individual and team coaching for EADA students, alumni, business associates and clients. We broaden the services starting in September 2012.
