EADA's pedagogical model is based on active learning on the part of participants, with a special emphasis on “learning by doing” as opposed to “learning by listening”. EADA uses a mix of methodologies in order to develop competencies both through acquired knowledge as well as through skills and attitudes. The case study takes on special importance among these methodologies. We also make frequent use of outdoor-training, business games, coaching, role playing and team projects. The methodology is always at the service of the teaching objectives where the students' learning process takes on central importance over the teaching provided by the professor.
