Ramon Costa holds a degree in Computer Science and a Master in Pedagogical Qualification (UPC), and has taken a post-graduate in Training the Trainers (UOC), a General Management Programme - PDG and the International Master in Leadership and Organizational Coaching at EADA. He is Project Director at MIC Productivity and Cofounder of inPreneur. Ramon holds Project+ (ComptIA), MPM and CIPM (AAPM) certification and is a Certified Microsoft Technical Specialist. He is a member of PMI and Amnesty International and EADAAlumni. He is co-author of “50 lecciones de management”, "iProductividad, las TIC para incrementar el rendimiento de las personas", "Colección de buenas prácticas para la mejora de la productividad en empresas TIC" and "Evolution of Innovation Management" and has published articles in various corporate media. Ramon is an active user 2.0 and author of several blogs in the field of project management, SSII and change management. He is Director of Project Management programme at EADA.

JORDI COSTA SOLÉ

Jordi Costa has a Law degree from Universitat de Barcelona, a Master in Taxation and Tax Consultancy from CEF and a Diploma in Human Resources plus a Degree in Accounting and Tax Administration from EADA. He has published various books including “Más allá del vil salario: el sistema de compensación integral”, as well as articles on labour relations and compensation and benefits systems. In addition to practising law, since 1992 he has worked as a consultant in the areas of labour, taxation, accounting and compensation and benefits systems for companies such as Alere Healthcare S.L.U., China Shipping Spain S.A., Aiguasol Cooperativa, Gapark S.A and Electroalen S.A, among others. He is currently a professor at EADA as well as the Director of the school’s Personnel Administration, Strategic Labour Relations and Compensation programmes.

ALISON JANE DELACY COSTELLO

Alison Costello holds an ESOL diploma, since 2003 she has worked in companies (including Bayer, TCB, Accordia-ACR, Cinesa, Carlson Wagonlit) teaching Business English from B1 to C2 (intermediate to proficiency) to small groups or individuals including Company Directors. In addition, she is a qualified Cambridge ESOL examiner (Speaking and Writing) for FCE and CAE exams. Previously, she worked as a lecturer in Government and Politics in South Thames College, London. After graduating Sussex University with a BSc in Environmental Science, she worked as a freelance journalist on environmental issues for national UK magazines.

Roberto Costillas has a degree in Pharmacy from Universitat de Barcelona. He has also taken a Managerial Development Programme at IESE and a Marketing Management Programme at ESADE. Roberto has specialised in the area of marketing and sales in the pharmaceutical industry. He has over 25 years of expertise in Prescription products, Curing wounds, OTC, Diagnostics and Medical devices, in companies such as Ordesa, Laboratorios Salvat, Lacer, Boehringer Mannheim. He is currently the Commercial Manager at Rubió.

Michael Counihan has an MBA from IESE and completed the CFA. Throughout his career, he has worked principally in finance and also more recently as an entrepreneur. Michael's finance career has been primarily at the Investment Banks Citigroup and Merrill Lynch where he worked in Interest Rates Sales and Trading, Equity Research, and FX Trading. He also worked on the buy side at a small Hedge Fund in equity and derivatives trading, and macro and equity research. He now works in entrepreneurial finance and M&A here in Barcelona. His finance career spans across San Francisco, New York, London and Barcelona. Michael is currently a leader and active participant in several entrepreneur and entrepreneurial finance groups in Barcelona.

Maria Luisa Crespo holds a degree in Organizational Psychology from the Universitat de Barcelona and a Diploma in Hotel Management from EADA. She has received training in Leadership, Team and Business from the Tavistock Institute, University of Leiscester (UK). She is certified in LIFO methodologies and in Psychological Coaching for the College of Psychologists of Catalonia. Master in Leadership and Coaching Organizational from EADA. She has had a long career in EADA, running the Tourism Area and the Master Programme in Tourism Companies Management in collaboration with the IDEC - Universitat Pompeu Fabra. She is co-author of various books - "Capital Humano: 52 casos prácticos" and "50 Lecciones de Management", among others. Maria Luisa has a great deal of experience with In Company programmes, specialising in management development, leadership and coaching.

Mark Cummins holds a PhD in Quantitative Finance, with specialism in the application of integral transforms and the fast Fourier transform (FFT) for derivatives valuation and risk management. In addition to numerical finance, Mark also has a keen interest in a broad range of energy modelling, derivatives, risk management and trading topics. He also has a growing interest in the area of sustainable energy finance, with particular focus on the emissions markets. He has published in international, highly ranked field journals such as Energy Economics, Applied Energy, and Journal of Energy Markets, as well as leading international finance journals such as Journal of Financial Markets, International Review of Financial Analysis, and Quantitative Finance. He is also co-author of the Wiley Finance title "Handbook of Multi-Commodity Markets and Products: Structuring, Trading and Risk Management". Mark has previous industry experience working as a Quantitative Analyst within the Global Risk function for BP Oil International Ltd. Currently, Mark is Senior Lecturer in Finance at the Dublin City University Business School and Co-Programme Chair of the MSc in Investment, Treasury and Banking. He is also Associate Editor (Energy Finance and Energy Markets) with Finance Research Letters and is on the Editorial Board of the quarterly publication ARGO: New Frontiers in Practical Risk Management.

Jorge Damià López graduated as an Engineer in Telecommunications from UPC. He soon geared his career towards business processes, collaborating with different companies as a manager in change processes. In 2007 he founded SETESCA a processes and ICT consultancy where he began working as a consultant in strategic change processes in companies such as Universitat de Barcelona where he became the General Manager or accompanying venture capital firms in change process in their invested companies (Oaktree Capital, Ysios Capital). A manager specialised in strategic change processes in companies, he is currently the General Manager of SETESCA.

Nicola De Chiara is an EADA collaborator where he contributes his 25 years of professional expertise in the pharmaceutical market. Over the years he has held almost all the different management posts in different companies with a special focus on the commercial area and on its different fields, such as retail, hospitals, distribution and the generics market. For two years now he has carried out a very specific project in the private pharmaceutical market, which constitutes a powerful sector in Spain and offers many business opportunities to the pharmaceutical industry.

EMMA DE LLANOS SERRA

EMMA DE LLANOS SERRA

Emma de Llanos holds a degree in Psychology from the Universitat de Barcelona with a research sufficiency degree. She also holds an EADA diploma in Personnel Management and is a LIFO certified trainer. She has had articles published in Psychology, Cultural Anthropology and Management journals. She has also co-authored several books, including "Manual del Directivo Eficaz", "Ampliando el pastel" and "Tanto creces tanto vales". Her career has focused on human resources consultancy, developing training and development projects for national and multinational companies. She has worked with companies such as Iberdrola, Abertis, Mango and Mercedes Benz and is currently Director of Executive Education at EADA as well as a Professor and Director of the HR programmes.
