Mr Darvas has completed the ACCA (Association of Certified and Chartered Accountants) syllabus and is a qualified auditor in Hungary and Spain. He is also a qualified lawyer in Spain specializing on auditor's liability. His working experience includes responsibilities in planning, information and control in a multinational company (Novartis) as well as audit work during 8 years for PricewaterhouseCoopers in several countries.
Nicola De Chiara has over twenty years of experience in positions related to commercial and sales areas holding positions as Manager, Product Manager and Marketing Director at prestigious companies like VITA Group, ELAN Laboratory and SALVAT Laboratory. Most recently, he was Director of Commercial and Marketing at STADA Laboratory led to the marketing of generic drugs with presence in 31 countries worldwide. He is currently Strategic Partnership Manager at the Market Access Department at Otsuka.
Emma de Llanos holds a degree in Psychology from the Universitat de Barcelona with a research sufficiency degree. She also holds an EADA diploma in Personnel Management and is a LIFO certified trainer. She has had articles published in Psychology, Cultural Anthropology and Management journals. She has also co-authored several books, including "Manual del Directivo Eficaz", "Ampliando el pastel" and "Tanto creces tanto vales". Her career has focused on human resources consultancy, developing training and development projects for national and multinational companies. She has worked with companies such as Iberdrola, Abertis, Mango and Mercedes Benz and is currently Director of Executive Education at EADA as well as a Professor and Director of the HR programmes.
Aline D. Masuda holds Ph.D. and Master’s degrees in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the State University of New York-Albany and Missouri State University respectively. Previously, she was a senior project manager for International Survey Research, currently part of Towers Watson, where she worked with corporate clients such as BP, Novartis, and Underwriter Laboratories. She also worked at the workforce research and marketing intelligence departments at IBM and was a post-doctoral researcher at IESE Business School. Aline conducts research in motivation and leadership, employee attitudes, work-family enrichment, and flexible working arrangements across cultures. Professor and Co-Department Head at Department of People Management.
Jospe Àngel Delpueyo holds a degree in Public Relations and Communication from the University of Barcelona and a Diploma in Marketing from EADA. Being an enthusiastic of communication he works as a professor of the MBA at the University Pompeu Fabra where he teaches Professional Communication in Public. He is Director of Sales at Laboratories Pierre Fabre and at Laboratories Seid.
Theresa Desuyo holds a degree in Political Science and International Relations from the University of California (USA) and an MBA from ESADE. Her professional experience has been developed at companies such as Getty Images, where she was Head of the Business Development Department, ESADE Business School as International Development Manager, and Arthur Andersen as eBusiness Consultant. Theresa specializes in eMarketing, eBusiness and Online Consumers, among others.
Jordi Dominguez holds a degree in Biology from the Universitat de Barcelona, a Diploma in Marketing Management from the Instituto Catalán de Formación Empresarial, and in Business Management and Advanced Marketing at ESADE. He has developed his career in the pharmaceutical sector for companies such as S.A.L.V.A.T, Lácer and Almirall Prodesfarma, where he was director of product. He is co-director of the Market Access Program at EADA. He is currently Director of Institutional Relations at Almirall.
Hugo Dosil holds a degree in Business Administration by INEDE and UNED and an MBA by the Instituto de Empresa. He is currently Senior Manager in consultancy in Consumption Goods and Distribution sector in Pricewaterhousecoopers (PwC). He has also worked as a Hypermarket Manager for Leroy Merlin and as a consultant manager in retail in Arthur Andersen. He is adjunct professor at EADA and at the Universidad Antonio Nebrija.

Tomás Eguren is an Economist with an MBA from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello de Caracas (ICAB). He specialized in Strategic Planning for Banking at the Northern Illinois University and holds several diplomas in teaching skills and case method from the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM). He has extensive academic experience as a professor and programme director at the Universidad Metropolitana (UNIMET) de Caracas and the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello. He also has institutional experience as an advisor to the presidency in monetary and financial policy at the Central Bank of Venezuela and the National Banking Council of Venezuela, among others.
Joan Elias holds a degree in Communication Science, a Master in Communication and Humanities from the Universidad Ramon Llull, a Management Development (PDD) Diploma from IESE, a Master in Marketing and a Diploma in Human Resources Management from EADA. Before becoming President of the Instituto Lovework, Joan gained wide professional experience as Communication and Public Relations Manager for Martini-Rossi, COOB'92 (Olympic Games), Institut Català de la Salut, among others. He is the autor of several books, including "En busca del Lovework" (In search of Lovework) and "Tú y yo somos cuatro" (You and I make four). He is currently an adjunct professor for the Marketing Academic Department in EADA.
