Enrique Clarós holds a degree in Pharmacy from UB, an MBA from UP (Madrid) and a Master in Marketing Management from EADA. He is a specialist in retail marketing with over 18 years of proven expertise in marketing management and business models development in: Pans & Company, Sophie Noëll (Agrolimen), Tea Shop, Roberto Verino, Purificación García, Tandem-DDB and CINK Shaking Business. He has also worked as a retail projects consultant for Macdonald’s, Sony, Gallina Blanca, La Caixa, Mango, Aragonia, Fedefarma and Audi, among others. He is a member of ESADEBAN and the founder of Trendtail.com, a platform featuring innovations and trends in retail.
Lluís Codó holds a degree in Tourism Management from the Universitat de Girona, Communication Studies from the UOC (Open University of Catalonia) and has completed the programme “Creating Value and Competitive Advantage in the Hospitality Industry” at Cornell University . With a career spanning over fifteen years in the field of business management and consulting in the hospitality sector, Lluís is an expert in business management systems and has extensive international experience.

John Coe is a senior consultant certificate in Accounting and Engineering. He has an extensive experience of over fifteen years in Financial Modeling and consulting for various companies and institutions in Europe and in the Middle East. He also has experience in business valuation, human development and leadership programmes in several industries such as transportation, education and financial engineering.
Peter Cohan earned an MBA at Wharton School, did graduate work in computer science at MIT and holds a B.S in Electrical Engineering from Swarthmore College.He has conducted over 150 consulting projects for companies and governments. He has written 10 books and teaches business strategy at Babson College.

Anselm Constans holds a degree in Economics from the Universitat de Barcelona and currently works as associate professor at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra and teaches at EADA.
Amparo Cores holds a degree in Psychology from Universitat de Barcelona and a Diploma in Human Resources Management from EADA, with a course in Labour Law by the Cámara de Comercio e Industria de Madrid. She has more than twenty years experience as a professional in the area of Human Resources: Recruitment, Selection, Training, Communication and Development (Identification of potential, Career Planning, Talent Management, Performance Management Systems, Management Development) and management of issues related to Personnel Administration and RRLL. She has worked for companies such as Apple Computer Spain, Hewlett-Packard, BDF Nivea and Winterthur Seguros. She is currently Senior Trainer/Management Consultant at DOOR Training & Consulting.
Operations Management and Information Systems
Ramon Costa holds a degree in Computer Science and a Master in Pedagogical Qualification (UPC), and has taken a post-graduate in Training the Trainers (UOC) and a General Management Programme - PDG (EADA). He is Project Director at MIC Productivity and Cofounder of inPreneur. Ramon holds Project+ (ComptIA), MPM and CIPM (AAPM) certification and is a Certified Microsoft Technical Specialist. He is a member of PMI and Amnesty International. He is co-author of “50 lecciones de management”, "iProductividad, las TIC para incrementar el rendimiento de las personas", "Colección de buenas prácticas para la mejora de la productividad en empresas TIC" and "Evolution of Innovation Management" and has published articles in various corporate media. Ramon is an active user 2.0 and author of several blogs in the field of project management, SSII and change management.
Jordi Costa has a Law degree from Universitat de Barcelona, a Master in Taxation and Tax Consultancy from CEF and a Diploma in Human Resources plus a Degree in Accounting and Tax Administration from EADA. He has published various books including “Más allá del vil salario: el sistema de compensación integral”, as well as articles on labour relations and compensation and benefits systems. In addition to practising law, since 1992 he has worked as a consultant in the areas of labour, taxation, accounting and compensation and benefits systems for companies such as Alere Healthcare S.L.U., China Shipping Spain S.A., Aiguasol Cooperativa, Gapark S.A and Electroalen S.A, among others. He is currently a professor at EADA as well as the Director of the school’s Personnel Administration, Strategic Labour Relations and Comprehensive Compensation programmes.

She is co-author of various books - "Capital Humano: 52 casos prácticos" and "50 Lecciones de Management", among others.
