Doctor Carme Pinyol has a degree in Medicine and Surgery (UAB), a Postgraduate Diploma in Pharmaceutical Industry Medicine (UAB), a Master in Healthcare Economics and (UPF) and a master In Social-healthcare Research (UCLM). She has taken an Executive Programme at ESADE. She is currently completing the doctorate in Social-healthcare Research. She is the founder and director of INNOVA–strategic consulting and has worked for 23 years in the pharmaceutical industry in different areas where she held different management posts. She was Principal Pricing, MA&HE for two years in a multinational consultancy. She is a professor on various Masters and author of numerous papers presented at congresses and articles. She is also a reviewer of “Gaceta Sanitaria” and “Value in Health”. She has been a member of the Board of AES.

Ventura Pobre is an Industrial Engineer with a Master in Marketing from ESADE and a degree in Higher Corporate Management from IESE. He has 38 years of proven expertise in operations management and in business unit remodelling, restructuring and growth in the electronics sector on an international level. Since 1982 he has held the post of General Manager in various countries for Philips, where in 1998 he became Vice-president of Operations for North and South America in the Components for Television sector. Since 2002 he has held various posts in the company Sharp Ibérica, where he held the post of Executive President until April 2013. He is currently Vice-president for International Relations at AMETIC, the Spanish Electronics Trade Association. In EADA he teaches classes in Corporate Policy and Strategy.

Dr. Steven Poelmans holds a Master in Organizational Psychology and Marketing Management, and a Ph.D. in Management / OB (IESE Business School). He is currently a professor and Director of the Coaching Competency Center at EADA, and Partner-Director of WorkItOut. For 10 years Dr. Steven Poelmans was a professor at IESE where he taught leadership, self-leadership and coaching to MBA students and executives and organized the biannual International Conference on Work & Family. His research, teaching and consulting mainly focuses on employee wellbeing and flexible work arrangements, cultural intelligence and coaching, mostly with a cross-cultural perspective. He has worked as a coach and consultant for Roche Diagnostics and Nike Iberia and has trained managers in companies such as Nestlé, Henkel, Randstad and Novartis, among others. His research has been twice nominated for the prestigious Rosabeth Moss Kanter Award for best paper in the multi-disciplinary field of work and family. He has published five books and over a dozen peer reviewed journal articles and chapters in academic volumes, such as JOOP, HRM, AMJ, APIR, IJCCM, and PP. He is currently the director of the EADA Coaching Competency Center. He also co-directs the International Master in Organisational Leadership and Coaching (MILCO) and the Master in High Performance Leadership at EADA, and is a partner-manager of WorkItOut.

Victoria Pons graduated in Sports Medicine and took a Master in Nutrition and Sport at Universitat de Barcelona. Her medical training bears witness to the interdisciplinary nature of the group of professionals in the Sciences Unit at CAR. She has been with CAR for over 25 years, working in Nutrition and Dietetics, exercise physiology and training control. She is currently Director of the Physiology and Nutrition department at the Centro de Alto Rendimiento CAR in Sant Cugat.

Franc Ponti is a Humanities graduate and has a Master in Knowledge Society from the UOC (Open University of Catalonia), where he is currently preparing his doctoral thesis. He holds a Diploma in Business Psychology and General Management (PDG) from EADA. Franc has been a professor in the Strategy, Leadership and People​ Department since the mid-nineties, specialising in the area of creativity and innovation. He gives lectures in schools and universities around the world and is the author of many books, his latest published work is "Pasión por inovar,"Innovacción" and " Si funciona, cámbialo".

Antony graduated from Birmingham University (UK) with an Honours Degree in International Studies. He has professional qualifications in Education, Professional Development and Organisational Development and has graduated from both levels of Omnicom University's Senior Management Program at Babson College in Boston. In 2007, he completed the Advanced Management Program (PDD) at IESE. Antony began his career in Barcelona with a major European financial group in the area of professional and organisational development. He joined BBDO North America (Toronto) in 1999 and from 2000 to 2009 was the Managing Director of BBDO University Worldwide. In late 2009, Antony began his own business specializing in education and consultancy in the areas of branding, brand communication and creativity and organisational change. Past and present clients include Adelphi Group, Bayer, Frito-Lay/Pepsico, Gulf Bank, IKEA, KAO Corporation, La Caixa, Mars, Pacific Group, Roche Pharmaceutical, Sara Lee, and Wrigley.

Jonathan Prince is an internationally experienced Business Director and Management Consultant with thirty years' experience of advising private, public and third sector organisations at the highest level. He has fully delivered challenging assignments all over the world and is CEO of Social Impact Group. Substantially his brainchild, at Social Impact Group Jonathan combines these commercial and business skills with personal passions for philanthropy and community. He is, alongside, also Chair of Trustees at a cancer charity, the Pink Ribbon Foundation, a founder member of the Social Impact Analysis Association, a trustee of Bexley Heritage Trust, a member of the Standards Committee for Bromley Council and Chair of Trustees of the Blue ribbon Foundation.

Rogelio Puente holds a Ph.D. in Psychology and Health by the University of Iowa. Roger conducts research on consumer behavior and teaches marketing, market research and consumer behavior at the Universidad Anáhuac del Norte. He has participated in numerous workshops on psychology, supervised/refereed thesis and published in prestigious publications such as the "International Journal of Psychology" or the "Journal of Social Psychology."

Neus Rams holds an honours degree in Pharmacy from Universitat de Barcelona and is a specialist in Industrial and Galenic Pharmacy. She forged her professional career in the fields of community pharmacy, and hospital pharmacy as well as in healthcare administration and in the private sector. She held the post of Deputy General Director of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Products in the Health Department of the Generalitat de Catalunya where she was in charge of drawing up the pharmaceutical policy. She is now the founder and manager of Pharma Knowledge, which offers specialised consultancy in Market Access and Compliance to the pharmaceutical industry.
