Deependra Moitra graduated with a B. Tech. (Honors) degree from the University of Calicut and earned his Ph.D. from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University Rotterdam. He is President and CEO of Praxight Partners, a global management consulting and executive education practice based in Bangalore. He is also a Visiting Professor of Strategy & Innovation at several top-ranking business schools across Europe and Asia, and is a sought after faculty for senior management programs globally. Earlier, he served as General Manager for R&D at Lucent Technologies and Infosys Technologies. Dr. Moitra brings a unique combination of real-world research and senior management experience to the classroom. He is a frequent speaker at major industry forums and international conferences, has several frequently cited publications to his credit, and serves on numerous journal editorial boards.
Víctor Moliner holds a degree in General Business Management and Marketing Management from EADA and completed the Executive Development Programme at IESE. He has been an in company trainer in a large number of companies such as BASF, Nestle or Abertis Telecom. Aside from his role as a professor for EADA he also manages business consultancy projects in the area of sales and marketing. He is currently CEO of the company CoreTarget Consulting. His areas of expertise include Strategy, Strategic Marketing and Internal Distribution Policy, Pricing Policy and Sales.
Operations Management and Information Systems
Jorge Molinero holds a degree in Geology from the Universidad de Barcelona and is PhD in Civil Engineering and Ports by the University A. Coruña. He also holds an Executive Master in Operations Management from EADA. In the academic field, he has been Professor of the “Escuela de Ingenieros de Caminos, Canales y Puertos de A Coruña” and of the “Escuela Politécnica Superior de la Universidad de Santiago de Compostela” and, at present, is Associate Professor at the Department of Geotechnical Engineering and Geosciences of the Universidad Politécnica of Catalonia. Professionally, since 2008 he is Project Manager in the environmental consulting firm Amphos XXI Consulting. Jorge is author of more than a hundred scientific contributions, he has been an invited speaker and visiting researcher at research centers in Europe, America, Asia and Africa. He has been technical manager of several projects and studies about groundwater supply in international cooperation programs for development. Currently, besides his professional lines and traditional research studies, he is beginning to foster researches related to effective and rational management of natural and water resources, as well as aspects of Corporate Social Responsibility related to the environment
Mireia Montane holds a Master in Hospitality Management where she majored in Human Resources from the University of Nevada (Las Vegas, USA) and a BA in Anglo-Germanic Philology from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. Mireia has served as Executive Director and HR Consultant for La Mola Hotel & Conference Centre, and as HR Opening Director of Renaissance Barcelona Airport Hotel, as well as in the U.S, where for 7 years she managed the HR department of Ark Las Vegas Restaurant Corporation, with over 1,000 workers on its payroll. In 2006, Mireia began collaborating with EADA as an associate professor and she has been on the full time staff since 2008. She has managed several programmes in the areas of Personnel Management, Tourism and Hospitality Management, and is currently Director of the International Master in Tourism and Hospitality Management and Master in Management, in addition to being a professor in management skills and hard issues in people management. Since 2012-2013 she has collaborated as a Reviewer with two tourism journals.
Javier Montoro holds a degree in Journalism from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) and a Master in Communication Management from EADA. Currently, he works as a freelance journalist, working for Interviú, ABC or La Voz de Galicia. This task combines with his work as a consultant in direct marketing and brand content for national and international brands. He worked for companies such as Nike, FCBarcelona, Novartis, Fundació "la Caixa" and Universitat Pompeu Fabra, among others. He is Adjuntct Professor at EADA and professor of emotional communication at the University of Lleida.

Josep Mor holds a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad de Barcelona, a post-graduate degree in Tax Law from Abad Oliva College and is a graduate from IESE. Josep has been a business consultant since 1988 and founding member of several firms in the fields of consulting, professional services and investment, where he has developed his professional career or has held positions of responsibility on the Board of Directors. In his professional life he has worked in the field of management control and has specialized in management consulting, corporate finance, business assessment and implementation of strategy.
Jordi Moragas is PhD in Mathematics from the UPC. He is currently director of campaigns at Clacktion, a company specialized in contextual advertising for objectives, where he coordinates strategies for SEM and CPC campaigns and carries out data analysis and Marketing Online audits.
Carlos E. Morales is a doctorate candidate in the SESS programme (Socio Economic and Statistical Studies) at Humboldt Universität in Berlin. He has a Masters degree in Sociology from the Universidad de Barcelona, an MBA from EADA, and is a graduate in Social Psychology from the Universidad Católica del Perú. Carlos Morales was a member of the panel of experts who developed the “Plan Nacional de Gestión de la Diversidad”- National Diversity Management Plan for SMEs in Spain (Ministerio de trabajo y asuntos sociales - 2008). For several years he has worked in consulting, with his own market research company in Lima, Peru. He is currently a professor of entrepreneurship and business projects, diversity management and research methodology. His research interests are: Entrepreneurship and its related skills, and cultural and organizational conditioning.
José Miguel Moreiro graduated in Business Sciences (Netherlands). He is an executive coach and trainer in managerial skills, the Director of Coaching 4 results, with broad expertise in different European countries and a wide variety of organisations: Massimo Dutti and Tempe (Inditex Group), Abertis Telecom, EDF, The Phone House, Volkswagen and T-Systems, among others. He is a coach and a senior associate professor in the EADA People Management Department. He holds various professional certifications in Coaching and NLP accredited by different bodies: Escuela Internacional de Coaching Coachville Spain, Corporate Coach U, Quantum Leap (John Grinder), SCT Systemic Consultancy and Training and Sensory Systems Training (DBM Developmental Behavioural Modelling) as well as a certified Practitioner in NLP by the AEPNL (Asociación Española de Programación Neuro-Lingüística). He has specialised in the following areas: Company coaching, team management and motivation, leadership development, communication, personal efficacy, Coaching skills for leaders and development tools such as LIFO, DISC, BIP, 360º feedback.

Stéphane Morel holds a Specialized Master on Purchasing from the MAI of Bordeaux and is a graduate of the Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Lille (France). He has over 15 years experience in Purchasing. He began his career in the FMCG sector (KIABI, IKEA). Subsequently, he held various positions in Purchasing Management in multinationals of the automotive sector (Valeo and Faurecia). He has been Purchasing Manager at Novartis Pharmaceuticals in Spain. Currently, at Novartis, he pilots reorganizing Purchasing Teams in several European countries.
