Enrique Seoane holds a degree in Economics and Business Studies from Universitat de Barcelona. Enrique is a State Tax Inspector.
Juan Carlos Serra graduated in Pharmacy from the University of Barcelona and has a diploma in Marketing from EADA. He is President of the Barcelona European Marketing Institute Foundation and Honorary Chairman of the Marketing Committee of the Pharmaceutical Marketing Club of Barcelona. With over 20 years experience in the field of pharmaceutical marketing, he has been Head of Image and Communication and Marketing Coordinator in Zambon. He is a Managing Partner of the company Market In Red, and also a trainer, lecturer and columnist in the press. He has recently published the book "Everything You Should Know About Pharmaceutical Marketing." Juan Carlos manages the Master in Pharmaceutical Marketing at EADA and the programmes Market Access and OTC.
Maria Rosa Serra holds a degree in Translation and Interpreting and a Master in Human Resources Management. She began her professional career in First National Bank of Boston as a Management Assistant and after studying in the Unites States she worked for Marine Midland Bank as an Office Manager. In 1989 she began working for Hotel Barcelona Hilton where she worked for ten years, taking part in the opening of the hotel and holding the post of HR Manager. In addition to this she was a member of the evaluation and international selection committee. Between 1998 and 2001 she was in charge of opening and managing various business centres (Regus, Lexington, Euro Business Centre) as well as a restaurant (Harmony World) and in 2001 she was placed in charge of opening and managing the Catenon personnel selection consultancy. In 2004 she took part in the opening of the Gran Hotel Balneario Blancafort in La Garriga, where she held the positions of HR Manager, Deputy-Manager and General Manager. In 2007 she set up aHbrentus, a consultancy specialised in HR which brings together professionals with broad expertise in different sectors.

Anna Serra holds a degree in Business Administration and a diploma in Business Studies and Research Proficiency from the University of Barcelona. She is accounts auditor, as well as adjunct professor in the Department of Finance at EADA and regularly works with the Department of In Company Programmes.
Operations Management and Information Systems
Dr. Athina Sismanidou holds a Ph.D. from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, an MBA from Manchester Business School and is a law graduate from the University of Athens. She has more than 15 years professional experience in international management in the field of airline distribution, travel and tourism, including: i) Board Member and Board executive in top Online Travel Agencies in France and Scandinavia and ii) Leading positions in the Headquarters of Amadeus, the world leading provider of Travel Distribution and IT for the airline and travel industry. Dr. Sismanidou is a recognized expert in Airline and Airport research and analysis with published works in world top research journals and conferences, as well as appearances in media as reference airport and airline expert.

Marianne Slotboom holds a Masters Degree in Social and Organizational Psychology (State University of Leiden, The Netherlands) as well as a postgraduate degree in Business Administration and Organizational Strategy (Erasmus University, Rotterdam). She is certified in communication and personal effectiveness methodologies, such as Transactional Analysis, Ned Herrmann (HBDI), Transformational Coaching, Competency Focused Interviewing and Problem Solving (Root Cause Investigator). Marianne is an international consultant and trainer with over 20 years’ experience and provides consultancy, training and coaching services to national companies, multinationals and the European Commission. She is currently a Managing Partner at B & S Business Training and Senior Adjunct Professor at EADA.
David Soler holds an EADA diploma in Marketing and General Management. He began his professional career in Grupo Planeta, where he held various management posts at an international level, related to the areas of Marketing, Sales, Strategy and Management. He has carried out projects and training for companies such as Amat Editorial, European Hydration Institute, RandomHouse Mondadori, Catalunya Radio and Abacus. He is currently a freelance consultant in Digital Strategy, business models and Social Media Marketing. David is Director of the EADA Postgraduate in Online Marketing as well as of the Online Marketing Management and Social Media Skills programmes.
Esther Somoza Rodriguez received a Degree in Industrial Psychology from the Universidad de Barcelona and also holds a Master in Human Resources. She has provided consulting services to various private small and medium sized companies. Her activities at EADA include the teaching of Team and People Leadership and Skills Development in Effective Communication.
Anna Sopena is Practitioner PNL from the Institut Gestalt de Barcelona, Executive Coach from the European School of Coaching Barcelona, 3-18 Master of Philosophy from the University of Girona, PDD from IESE, Higher Diploma in Graphology from the School Grafotest Barcelona, Bachelor of Psychology Organizations from UB with a diploma in Nursing from the Santa Madrona University School of Barcelona. He has worked as a nurse for the Generalitat de Catalunya, in departments of selection in companies like El Corte Ingles and Marks & Spencer. He has also worked in HR at Hay Group and Roche Diagnostics. Currently, Anna is senior executive coach and consultant and works as HR director at Dependetu.
