Ventura Pobre is an Industrial Engineer with a Master in Marketing from ESADE and a degree in Higher Corporate Management from IESE. He has 38 years of proven expertise in operations management and in business unit remodelling, restructuring and growth in the electronics sector on an international level. Since 1982 he has held the post of General Manager in various countries for Philips, where in 1998 he became Vice-president of Operations for North and South America in the Components for Television sector. Since 2002 he has held various posts in the company Sharp Ibérica, where he held the post of Executive President until April 2013. He is currently Vice-president for International Relations at AMETIC, the Spanish Electronics Trade Association. In EADA he teaches classes in Corporate Policy and Strategy.

Dr. Steven Poelmans holds a Master in Organizational Psychology and Marketing Management, and a Ph.D. in Management / OB (IESE Business School). He is currently a professor and Director of the Coaching Competency Center at EADA, and Partner-Director of WorkItOut. For 10 years Dr. Steven Poelmans was a professor at IESE where he taught leadership, self-leadership and coaching to MBA students and executives and organized the biannual International Conference on Work & Family. His research, teaching and consulting mainly focuses on employee wellbeing and flexible work arrangements, cultural intelligence and coaching, mostly with a cross-cultural perspective. He has worked as a coach and consultant for Roche Diagnostics and Nike Iberia and has trained managers in companies such as Nestlé, Henkel, Randstad and Novartis, among others. His research has been twice nominated for the prestigious Rosabeth Moss Kanter Award for best paper in the multi-disciplinary field of work and family. He has published five books and over a dozen peer reviewed journal articles and chapters in academic volumes, such as JOOP, HRM, AMJ, APIR, IJCCM, and PP. He is currently the director of the EADA Coaching Competency Center. He also co-directs the International Master in Organisational Leadership and Coaching (MILCO) and is a partner-manager of WorkItOut.

Salvador Pons holds a degree in Business Administration from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, MBA from ESADE and completed the Executive Development Program at IESE. From 1985 to 2004 he held multiple senior positions in several divisions of Laboratorios Zambon S.A., hospitals, growth and human reproduction. Currently he is General Manager Spain and Latinamerica at Laboratorios Menarini.

Victoria Pons graduated in Sports Medicine and took a Master in Nutrition and Sport at Universitat de Barcelona. Her medical training bears witness to the interdisciplinary nature of the group of professionals in the Sciences Unit at CAR. She has been with CAR for over 25 years, working in Nutrition and Dietetics, exercise physiology and training control. She is currently Director of the Physiology and Nutrition department at the Centro de Alto Rendimiento CAR in Sant Cugat.

Franc Ponti is a Humanities graduate and has a Master in Knowledge Society from the UOC (Open University of Catalonia), where he is currently preparing his doctoral thesis. He holds a Diploma in Business Psychology and General Management (PDG) from EADA. Franc has been a professor in the People Management Department since the mid-nineties, specialising in the area of creativity and innovation. He gives lectures in schools and universities around the world and is the author of many books, his latest published work is "Pasión por inovar,"Innovacción" and " Si funciona, cámbialo".

Antony graduated from Birmingham University (UK) with an Honours Degree in International Studies. He has professional qualifications in Education, Professional Development and Organisational Development and has graduated from both levels of Omnicom University's Senior Management Program at Babson College in Boston. In 2007, he completed the Advanced Management Program (PDD) at IESE. Antony began his career in Barcelona with a major European financial group in the area of professional and organisational development. He joined BBDO North America (Toronto) in 1999 and from 2000 to 2009 was the Managing Director of BBDO University Worldwide. In late 2009, Antony began his own business specializing in education and consultancy in the areas of branding, brand communication and creativity and organisational change. Past and present clients include Adelphi Group, Bayer, Frito-Lay/Pepsico, Gulf Bank, IKEA, KAO Corporation, La Caixa, Mars, Pacific Group, Roche Pharmaceutical, Sara Lee, and Wrigley.

He was communication director and manager at Fundació PAX and is the founder of Aulacom and digitalreading.com. Carlos is specialised in corporate brand, brand reputation, corporate communication and influence management.
