First Module.
Subsequent Modules.From the second module onwards, the contents will be divided into developing your skills as a manager on the one hand, and acquiring a strategic and comprehensive perspective of company organisations during their different phases: the start-up phase, growth and expansion, consolidation and finally, revitalisation. Module 2.This module takes an in depth look at the characteristic traits of start-up companies as well as at the early days of established companies, when organisations are young and dynamic. It will also assess what management skills are most needed under these circumstances. Module 3.This module looks at the characteristics and managements skills that are required in companies that have reached their growth phase and are undergoing rapid expansion. Module 4.This module looks at the characteristics and managements skills that are required in companies that have achieved their goals and consolidated their markets. When, along with acquired experience and success, at times there is a need to rid the company of certain bad habits it has picked up along the way. Module 5.This module focuses on the characteristics of long standing companies which have sustained success over a long period of time and at the management skills that are required in the face of new trends and competition from young companies, when the need for renewal and revitalisation arises. |
