 The private university EADA Foundation is a non-profit making institution, subject to the Legislation of the Generalitat de Catalunya, and was set up in 1984 as a continuation of the project begun by Mr. Arturo Alsina and Mrs. Irene Vázquez, the founders of EADA (Escuela de Alta Dirección y Administración).
The Board of Trustees is the chief governing body of the Foundation and is made up of representatives from the different interest groups inside EADA: entrepreneurs, managers of associated companies, professionals, experts in manager training, alumni, etc. The current members of the Board of Trustees of EADA are: | | Sra.
