Tailored Programmes

Tailored Programmes

Since it first began EADA, has always been devoted to company training. Tailored programmes training is an integral part of EADA. Based on an understanding of the needs of our customers, we design programmes that are specifically adapted to cover their needs.

The design phase requires a comprehensive analysis of the company's goals, of professional competencies that need to be improved and, above all, of the strategic vision of training.

The EADA In-Company Programmes Department is comprised of expert educationalists in charge of the detection and design phase, working in conjunction with the EADA professors who teach the programmes.

The EADA Residential Training Centre in Collbató is ideally suited to tailored training for companies and in fact regularly hosts training programmes for companies from different countries, which consider our facilities the right environment for carrying out intensive training processes and for implementing innovative methodologies such as out-door training.

The composition and availability of the EADA faculty allows us to carry out in-company programmes in different languages as well as in other countries.

What is Outdoor Training?

Outdoor Training is a training methodology that is based on reproducing business situations via simulations and outdoor activities

It is what is called an "experiential methodology" because it starts by focussing on what participants have just experienced. Once these "out of class" situations are over, the group reflects on what has taken place and analogies are drawn with what goes on in organisations. Finally, work is done around psychological and management concepts (Kolb, Hertberg,...) in order to reinforce learning. In other words, learning results from a group experience, reflection around what has taken place and further conceptualisation.

The final step of the process involves the transfer of what has been learned to the company context through specific actions and projects.

Where do these activities take place?

EADA has its own Residential Training centre with an "Open air Classroom" that has been especially designed for this methodology. What's more, the Training Centre's surroundings in the vicinity of Montserrat are also ideally suited for other activities: caves, rivers, mountains etc.

On other occasions we send our professionals to other natural environments and other countries.
