Negotiation is a highly important skill for any manager. To negotiate means to reach agreements with others through dialogue and exchange.
This programme allows you to carry out a comprehensive review and practice your negotiating skills through simulations, exercises, group dynamics and discussions, and self-assessment questionnaires.

Esther Rodriguez Somoza has a degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Barcelona and a Master in Human Resources. She has provided consulting services to various small and medium enterprises. Her activities in EADA focus on subjects such as team leadership and people skills and effective communication.
Carles Brugaroles holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Barcelona and an MBA from ESADE, and a certificate of Ontological Coaching from the Center of Coaching Specialization. He has published several articles and white papers and currently is a member of the Spanish Association of People Management and Development. He has held positions in several companies and given lectures and courses in national and international institutes. His specialty is teaching people management, professional skills and leadership of people and equipment.
