Purchasing Management

 

The control of cost and reliability is key to business success. Proper management of purchasing, carried out professionally is an imperative to make companies more competitive.

As a buyer you have to be aware of and have access to adequate tools that allow you to get the best result for the operating account.

Speakers

Jose Manuel Murcia, Industrial Engineering, Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. General Management Programme, IESE. Ahold Logistics Manager (North Zone). Professor of operations: EADA.

Ed Weenk, Bachelor of Business Studies majoring in logistics, also holds a graduate degree in Supply Chain from the Eindhoven Technical University and an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management (Netherlands). He has extensive experience in project management and logistics distribution having worked for several years for the logistics operator DHL / Danzas Solutions. Ed currently works as an independent consultant and associate professor at EADA for the Supply Chain discipline.

Franc Ponti
, Bachelor of Arts and Master in Knowledge Society from UOC university where he is currently preparing his doctoral thesis. A degree in Business Psychology and  General management(PDG) from EADA. Franc has been a professor in the Department of People Management since the mid-nineties, specializing in the area of creativity and innovation. He lectures in schools and universities around the world and is the author of a variety of books, his latest publications are "Passion for Innovation", "Innovacción" and "If it works, change it." He is Director of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centre at EADA.
