Introduction

Electronic commerce is growing exponentially each year, as does the number of Internet shoppers.
No retailer, however small or different it is, can afford to ignore the online channels for access to consumers to maintain its competitiveness and open up new markets.

But what determines the success of an online store? Technology is key, but the definition of a good online strategy adapted to the environment even more so.

The seminar organized by the EADA Centre for Retail Management , aims to train general retailers that are considering selling their products through internet, in addition to, or not, physical stores, or those who, already have a presence on the network, and want to redefine their business model or expand through social networking and mobile commerce.

The seminar will be taught in a practical way, by experts in each area of development of an online project.

Objectives

To provide basic knowledge for approaching e-commerce, mobile commerce or sales through social networks. From the initial stage (business model) phase through to the final stage of follow up of results (designing the scorecard). The seminar is structured around a clear and practical methodology, which gives support to the participants to set up their own projects
