Methodology- Aware that the market is increasingly in need of professionals with predominantly practical training experience, the EADA methodology is based on active participation. The programme will help you to develop your management skills through public presentations, team work, situation analysis and diagnosis, discussion of case studies, and the application of problem solving techniques.
- To conclude the programme you will carry out a Final Project based on a real situation, where you must develop a comprehensive communications Plan, applying all the newly acquired knowledge. The subsequent public presentation of the plan and its further analysis are key factors for your personal and professional development.
