To accompany and guide people within the organization on their own development is one of the more complex tasks of management and one of the most necessary. Organizations need people who, beyond the mere execution of tasks, are able to anticipate and be prepared for the challenges.


Programme Information

Participant Profile

For managers or heads of company areas and managers of small companies as well as heads of departments, project coordinators, intermediate management positions and, in general, for people who wish to increase their expertise and further their skills in these areas.

What will I get out of this programme?

  • Participants will be familiarised with the factors involved in individual and group change processes.
  • They will develop skills enabling them to delegate in a responsible and appropriate manner.
  • They will develop skills enabling them to accompany people from their organisation in their personal development.

Methodology

The programme contents are based on active methodologies which constantly encourage active classroom participation. The programme combines discussions of critical incidents, simulations of real life situations and self appraisal of professional performance. Participants are asked to analyse their own situation, to assess their strong and weak points and to draw up an individual improvement plan.
