EADA's Career Service offers companies the chance to give a presentation about their organisation (sector, activity, management model, business culture, etc.) in order to recruit young professionals. Presentations are normally around one and a half hours long and should be divided into two parts. The first part should be used to discuss the company's activity and sector, the job vacancies that it would like to fill, the possibilities for career development and the stages of the selection process. The second part consists of a discussion with the speakers, in which participants may ask questions and find out more about the company and the positions offered. |
