One Day Conferences

For the last 15 years EADA has organised conferences for its associated companies, which focus on relevant business issues.

Some of the topics of previous conferences as well as personalities who have attended them are:

XXI JORNADA de Empresas Asociadas (18 de noviembre de 2002)

"La Responsabilidad social en la empresa y sus directivos"

Contamos con la presencia del Ilmo. Sr. Miguel Barrachina Ros, Director General de Fomento de la Economia Social y del Fondo Social Europeo. Representantes de: DELOITTE & TOUCH, LOUIS VUITTON, COLEGIO DE CENSORES JURADOS DE CUENTAS DE CATALUNYA y DE EADA , realizaron ponencias y presentaron sus experiencias. En la misma se propiciaron debates sobre diferentes temas ( Mobbing, Conflictos laborales y políticas sociales , La diversidad cultural, La transparencia de la información en las empresas y la función auditora).

XX JORNADA de Empresas Asociadas (13 y 14 de mayo de 2002)

"Outdoor Training: Una experiencia de cambio para su organización"

Esta Jornada fue realizada con el propósito de abordar las competencias individuales y grupales necesarias para el Liderazgo en el trabajo en equipo. A través de una simulación de una organización que debe alcanzar sus objetivos en un entorno cambiante y con recursos limitados, los participantes tuvieron que poner en práctica todos sus conocimientos y habilidades.

XXIX ASSOCIATED COMPANIES CONFERENCE (22nd November 2001)

"EADA's contribution to the design of customised training programmes : presentation of experiences"

Representatives from HONDA AUTOMÓVILES ESPAÑA, S.A., B.BRAUN MEDICAL. S.A., GEDAS IBERIA, S.A., and MANGO - PUNTO SA presented their experiences concerning the "In-Company" programmes carried out for these companies by EADA.

XVIII ASSOCIATED COMPANIES CONFERENCE (22nd of May 2001)

"Human resources management in a globalised environment"

The conference was attended by the Employment and Social Affairs Minister Mr. Juan Carlos Aparicio Pérez.

XVII CONFERENCE (15th of November 2000)

"El nuevo marco financiero: Empresa, Banca y Bolsa"

Contamos con la participación del Ilmo. Sr. D. Luis de Guindos, Secretario General de Política Económica y Defensa de la Competencia del Ministerio de Economía que realizó la ponencia de Clausura.

With the participation of Mr. Antoni Subirà i Claus, head of the Industry, Commerce and Tourism Department of the Generalitat de Catalunya (Catalan Regional Government) who gave the opening speech.

XV CONFERENCE (18th of November 1999)

"Negotiation inside the company. Manager role and strategies"

With the presence of Mr. Xavier Trias i Vidal de Llobatera, head of the Presidency Department of the Generalitat de Catalunya.

XIV CONFERENCE (6th of May 1999)

"The contribution of training programmes to company development: success factors"

On this occasion we had the presence of Mr. José Antonio Gómez Cid, General Director of Labour Relations of the Labour Department of the Generalitat de Catalunya.

XIII CONFERENCE (12th of November 1998)

"The new framework of labour relations. General overview and future prospects"

with the participation of Mr. Leodegario Fernández Sánchez, General vice director of Programming and Administrative Action of the General Labour Office of the Ministry of Labour.

XII CONFERENCE (21st of May 1998)

"The Euro. Repercussions for the company and its surroundings"

The conference was attended by Mr. Cristóbal Montoro, Secretary of State for the Economy who gave the closing speech of the conference.
