Mission

• We are an independent, non-profit making institution founded in Barcelona (Spain) in 1957.

• We believe in organisations and firms with human values.

• We are dedicated to the training and development of people and to furthering professional excellence.

• Through research and education we intend to train managers of companies and organisations who are economically efficacious, socially responsible and environmentally friendly.

• We intend to continue over time in order to be able to bear an influence on society.

• We manage ourselves efficiently. We need to make a profit through our activity in order to ensure a sound and viable future for our institution.

The values we share:

• Independent thinking: We defend freedom of thought and mutual respect, ethical values, respect for people and democratic values.

Objectives

• To train people so that they can contribute to making organisations more efficacious and efficient.

• To design training plans in order to develop individuals' knowledge, skills and attitudes. Of special relevance among the latter is "learning how to learn".

• To manage ourselves as a financially independent private company which exists because our customers are willing to pay for the services we offer them.

• At EADA you will not only acquire knowledge but above all management skills which will enable you to optimise this knowledge in your professional development.

 

How we work?

• We design programmes where the mix between knowledge, skills and attitudes depends on the role that each person takes on in their work place.

• The teaching methodologies we use are at the service of the learning objectives. The mix of methodologies varies depending on the mix of knowledge, skills and attitudes.

• The essential pedagogical resources, including the faculty are at the service of the methodology employed.

• We collaborate with partners, sharing knowledge, information and work tools.

• We work with other people and are ready to teach them and to learn from them. This requires perseverance and dedication.
