At EADA we approach Manager Development as a comprehensive process whereby we need to work on professional and personal facets simultaneously.
At EADA we not only provide specialised knowledge in all functional areas of the company but above all train participants to develop key skills and competencies which will enable them to further their careers and undertake effective management.
Our programmes incorporate specific models whereby participants receive training in skills development that will empower them to put into practice acquired knowledge such as resolving disputes, assertive communication, personal efficacy and managing high performance work teams, among others.
Design your own Development process
Our work method is based on people and on the development potential that each participant is able to discover within themselves in order to steer it towards new goals.
Students are invited to undertake a self-diagnosis in order to identify the management competencies they need to develop and what their strong points are in order to focus on them.
Following this personal diagnosis, the participant then draws up a Personal Development Plan with concrete objectives, establishing a specific time frame and identifying useful tools for achieving the set objectives.
This action plan will accompany the professional throughout the course of their educational training.
