César Mejía es va graduar en Enginyeria Industrial i té un Màster en Direcció d'Administració per EADA i un Programa de Gestió d'Empreses per INALDE. Després de 15 anys en el món corporatiu va iniciar la seva carrera acadèmica com a professor en l'àrea de Direcció d'Operacions de EADA.
