El departament de Direcció de Persones d'EADA ha estat pioner en l'aplicació de tècniques pedagògiques com ara l'"Outdoor Training", que s'aplica amb molt d'èxit en els programes de formació de directius. Dr. ALINE D. MASUDA

Aline D. Masuda holds Ph.D. and Master’s degrees in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the State University of New York-Albany and Missouri State University respectively. Previously, she was a senior project manager for International Survey Research, currently part of Towers Watson, where she worked with corporate clients such as BP, Novartis, and Underwriter Laboratories. She also worked at the workforce research and marketing intelligence departments at IBM and was a post-doctoral researcher at IESE Business School. Aline conducts research in motivation and leadership, employee attitudes, work-family enrichment, and flexible working arrangements across cultures.

JORDI ASSENS SERRA

Jordi Assens holds a degree in Biological Sciences from the Universitat de Barcelona and completed the General Management Programme at EADA. He is author and coauthor of several books, including "Bacon and Eggs: How to increase the commitment of employees to the company and how to manage their own commitment as an employee." His research interests include organizational development, innovative companies and leadership development. He stands out for his innovative capacity in the training process and as a precursor of various methodologies currently using experiential and Web 2.0 for Managing People. Jordi is Director of the General Management Programme and the Executive Master in Human Resource Management at EADA.

CARLES BRUGAROLAS MANZANEQUE

Carles Brugaroles majored in Organizational Psychology at the Universidad de Barcelona, and currently holds an MBA degree obtained at ESADE, as well as an Ontological Coaching certificate from the Professional Coaching Institute, Buenos Aires. He has published several articles and technical notes. He is currently a member of the “Asociación Española de Dirección y Desarrollo de Personas”. He has been Director and Associate Director of several companies and has lectured and taught courses in national and international institutes. At present, she combines research projects in leadership and commitment, coaching and healthy organizations with teaching management skills, organizational development and human resource policies.

Sonia Gómez de Segura holds a Degree in International Management and Marketing, as well as an MBA from the E.S.M.A. Institute, she additionally holds a Master in International Law from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. She has accumulated extensive professional experience working in several important companies such as Laboratorio Unitex-Hartmann, Banco de Sabadell and Eurosite in positions such as Product Manager, Consultant, and Trainer and Coach. She currently teaches in EADA the topics: “Effective Communication”, “Managerial Effectiveness”, “Coaching” and “Management Skills”.

LUCIA LANGA GARCIA

Lucía Langa is licensed in Clinical and Industrial Psychology from the Universitat de Barcelona, holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management and General Management from EADA and is a qualified Coactive coach from the Coaching Training Institute. With a long history in EADA, she led the In Company programmes and was director of the Executive MBA for five years. She is co-author of several books, “Tanto creces tanto vales” and “50 Lecciones de Management”, among others, she also publishes regularly in human resource journals. Lucía is specialized in management skills, professional competencies and executive coaching.

OLGA MILIAN PEÑA

Olga Milian is qualified in Tourist Companies and Activities from the Universitat de Girona, and has studied Humanities at the UOC and the General Management programme at EADA. She has 25 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, working in different areas including Operations, Marketing and HR acquired in Spain and other countries. As Training Manager for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Co. she is qualified as a facilitator of different management programmes, and has received the official certificate from the Franklin Covey Institute of "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People." Currently she is Director of the Department of Alumni & Corporate Relations, leading the continuous training activities of EADA and professor in Development and Management programmes.

Mireia Montane holds a Master in Hospitality Management with specialization in Human Resources from the University of Nevada (Las Vegas, USA) and a BA in Anglo-Germanic Philology from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. Mireia has served as Executive Director and HR Consultant for La Mola Hotel & Conference Centre, HR Director of Renaissance Barcelona Airport Hotel and for Ark Las Vegas Restaurant Corporation in the U.S. Mireia is Director of the International Master in Hospitality Management and the International Master in Human Resources and teaches on both programmes.
